Hello and welcome!
My name is Elan. I graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon double majoring in Art and Human-Computer Interaction, working in teams to research and design websites, apps, and dashboards. I have a passion for education and using art and communicative design to foster connections.
I am classically trained in fine arts, with experience in pencils, pastels, charcoals, watercolors, oil painting, linocut, sewing, embroidery, and screen printing.
I am a self-taught digital artist, skilled in using Photoshop for illustration and photo editing. I have worked professionally as an artist in games, books, webcomics (designer and comic artist), promotional material for games Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact, and an animated webseries.
My teaching experience has been with high school teenagers and PreK-3rd grade students, designing and teaching curriculum on digital and fine art.
